What the flat fee covers

Your monthly fee covers our time and management: guest messages from first enquiry to check-out, organising your changeovers, and coordinating repairs and ongoing maintenance. Up to 8 stays a month are included, then £20 for each extra stay.

What the fee does not cover: cleaning, linen and repairs or trades. These are billed separately, at cost, with no mark-up from us. Fees explained in full.

What could you save?

Add your typical nightly price and see how a flat fee compares with a manager who takes a percentage of your bookings.

Assumptions you can change: 60% occupancy and 6 stays a month are typical figures, not promises. We compare against a manager taking 20% of booking income, with VAT left out of both sides.
